The methods used include prevention, monitoring by Dr. Barry Wilk (Entomologist), mechanical trapping devices, pheromones, natural predators, biological pesticides, and if absolutely necessary, chemical pesticides. The laboratory tests of our almonds have always tested negative for aflotoxin and pesticides.
